What You’ll Do
⦁ Conduct contract and operations audits to confirm vendor adherence to standards, processes, and reporting requirements, and recommend mitigation strategies for risk gaps
⦁ Prepare materials for vendor governance reviews, participate in recurring governance meetings, and ensure issues and actions are resolved with compliance in mind
⦁ Manage contract change requests, track vendor allocation consumption, ensure accurate reporting, and support amendments through the lifecycle
⦁ Serve as the liaison between Aetna Technology and vendor Managed Services teams to resolve service-related issues and respond to internal stakeholder needs
⦁ Maintain a centralized, organized repository of governance documentation and records for accuracy, visibility, and audit readiness
⦁ Identify and drive process improvements to streamline governance workflows and strengthen scope estimation and operational execution
What You Need
⦁ 5+ years in production support (or similar technology support), preferably in a major healthcare environment
⦁ 3+ years in contract administration or a closely related role
⦁ 3+ years of data analysis and reporting (QuickBase, Excel, PowerPoint), including handling sensitive information with discretion
⦁ 2+ years validating compliance with contract terms and operational processes
⦁ 2+ years in process auditing, documentation, and coordination
⦁ 5+ years proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
