What You’ll Do
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with department leaders on reporting and process improvement opportunities
- Build, maintain, and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting with department managers
- Learn and apply understanding of Allied’s business needs, systems, and workflows
- Execute daily processes and procedures as assigned
- Pilot new internal processes and procedures
- Write and maintain process documentation
- Coordinate with other operational units to resolve issues and implement enhancement requests
- Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Support team projects and other duties as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science/Math/Statistics preferred) or equivalent work experience
- 2–3 years experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst
- SQL experience required (specifically SQL Server) plus report writing
- Strong MS Office skills; VBA and especially Access preferred
- Familiarity with project management (waterfall methodology a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to learn new software quickly
