What You’ll Do
⦁ Maintain and support enterprise EAM and ITSM platforms and recommend improvements
⦁ Implement workflows, data models, dashboards, and reporting to improve usability and functionality
⦁ Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls with minimal guidance
⦁ Build stronger knowledge of relational data concepts used to model the environment

Integration and Customization
⦁ Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to integrate EAM/ITSM with other enterprise applications
⦁ Support customizations to features and interfaces to meet business requirements
⦁ Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations for compliance and reference

Troubleshooting and Support
⦁ Help identify, diagnose, and resolve issues tied to functionality, performance, and integrations
⦁ Partner with IT support teams on problem management, including root cause documentation and follow-ups
⦁ Assist with system audits and implement updates to maintain integrity and performance

Stakeholder Collaboration
⦁ Gather requirements with architects, PMs, and business stakeholders and translate needs into technical configurations
⦁ Coordinate with owners of ITSM modules (incident, service request, change management, etc.) to ensure tool consistency
⦁ Partner with IT Disaster Recovery to keep asset data current and properly documented

Continuous Improvement
⦁ Support system upgrade initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption

What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
⦁ 1–3 years of experience configuring enterprise systems, especially EAM/ITSM platforms (Ivanti, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, LeanIX, etc.)
⦁ Knowledge of ITSM principles, enterprise architecture frameworks, and integration techniques
⦁ Bonus: scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell)
⦁ Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
⦁ Comfort working cross-functionally and translating business needs into system configuration
