What You’ll Do

  • Implement workflows, data models, dashboards, and reports to improve system usability
  • Manage roles, permissions, and access controls within enterprise systems
  • Integrate EAM and ITSM tools with other applications for seamless data flow
  • Customize features and interfaces to meet business needs
  • Maintain documentation on configurations, integrations, and customizations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with IT support to resolve problems
  • Assist in system audits, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience configuring enterprise EAM or ITSM platforms (Ivanti, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, LeanIX, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of ITSM principles and system integration techniques
  • Knowledge of relational modeling concepts
  • Experience with scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell a plus)
  • Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
