What You’ll Do
- Implement workflows, data models, dashboards, and reports to improve system usability
- Manage roles, permissions, and access controls within enterprise systems
- Integrate EAM and ITSM tools with other applications for seamless data flow
- Customize features and interfaces to meet business needs
- Maintain documentation on configurations, integrations, and customizations
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with IT support to resolve problems
- Assist in system audits, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience configuring enterprise EAM or ITSM platforms (Ivanti, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, LeanIX, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and system integration techniques
- Knowledge of relational modeling concepts
- Experience with scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell a plus)
- Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
