Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Philippines)
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
- Rate: depends on experience
- Must meet required home setup and system specifications (main + backup)
What You’ll Do
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and compile them into a Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Partner with developers and stakeholders to confirm alignment and clarify requirements
- Track and manage requirements through the full project lifecycle, including updates and redefinition when needed
- Write test scripts and execute/document Systems Integration Testing (SIT)
- Log defects, coordinate fixes with developers, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions
- Support or lead process reviews, optimization strategies, and automation opportunities
- Create process models, diagrams, charts, and visuals that make complex workflows easy to understand
- Conduct end-user training, walkthroughs, and reporting overviews
- Handle spot requests and other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Excellent documentation skills with strong written, communication, and presentation abilities
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex requirements and propose improvements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize under pressure
- Understanding of SDLC; Agile delivery experience is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL scripting (required)
- ETL and BI/BA platform experience is a plus
