What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the work of the Scrum Team and support day-to-day execution
- Coach the team on Agile practices and remove impediments that slow progress
- Ensure goals and scope are clear and aligned for the team
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Participate in SAFe / Agile Release Train events like PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers, coordinating across teams when needed
- Support predictability by helping maintain a healthy backlog and transparent delivery metrics
- Use flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP) and velocity reporting to improve delivery rhythm
- Maintain accurate, high-quality tracking and visibility in Jira and Confluence
- Promote continuous communication, strong team dynamics, and continuous improvement
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–10 years of relevant professional experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required
- Expert proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Strong servant-leadership mindset with a focus on psychological safety and Agile ways of working
- Excellent facilitation skills and ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
