What You’ll Do
• Lead and mentor an infrastructure patching automation development team
• Assess current patch management processes, tools, and existing automations to identify gaps
• Explore and select automated patching approaches based on technology stack and risk profile
• Architect, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using DevOps aligned practices
• Produce and present design artifacts, decisions, and documentation for stakeholders
• Consult with other infrastructure teams to enable automation across the lifecycle of internal IT services
• Promote strong software engineering practices across IT teams and help raise standards
• Support updates to client processes and procedures as automation capabilities evolve
What You Need
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure management, automation, and development
• Strong experience with patch management in complex enterprise environments
• Proven ability to lead teams and architect automation solutions end to end
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to document and present designs clearly
• Comfort working in agile environments and driving delivery through a structured development lifecycle
