What You’ll Do
- Own HubSpot configuration, day-to-day administration, campaign enablement, and long-term roadmap
- Govern CRM architecture: lifecycle stages, lead scoring, custom objects, workflows, sequences, and third-party integrations
- Build and manage an issue tracking process, troubleshoot HubSpot bugs, and ensure platform stability
- Partner with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns in HubSpot
- Establish CRM standards, best practices, and an operational cadence across the company
- Architect advanced automation across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations
- Create automated workflows that route leads, organize accounts, support attribution, and improve lifecycle motion
- Lead enterprise-level integrations between HubSpot and key systems (data warehouse, ERP/financial platforms, BI tools, third-party partners, internal tools)
- Maintain data integrity, security, performance, and real-time syncing across platforms
- Build dashboards and reports, interpret performance, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
- Drive ongoing audits, data hygiene, and process optimization to reduce manual work
- Stay current on HubSpot releases and industry trends, implementing improvements as needed
- Train, enable, and mentor teams on HubSpot best practices and CRM strategy
- Support Sales and stakeholders with HubSpot guidance, onboarding, and offboarding without disrupting workflows
What You Need
- 5+ years of HubSpot experience with enterprise-level administration and platform mastery
- Proven ownership of CRM architecture in a fast-growth or enterprise environment
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, integration patterns, data modeling, and reporting systems
- Excellent communication, project management, and documentation skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with Zapier for non-native integrations and tools like Clay (and other AI tools)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and own timelines with full accountability
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience aligning HubSpot with broader stacks (data warehouse, analytics, ERP)
- Experience supporting global, multi-region CRM environments
- HubSpot certifications and advanced operations/systems training
Benefits
- Base salary range: $145,000 – $226,000 USD
- Bonus and equity may be available depending on role eligibility
