What You’ll Do
- Provide front-line operational support for Enterprise Quarantine Management activities
- Triage, track, and close quarantine events across business units in alignment with quality and regulatory standards
- Serve as the central point of contact between field operations, distribution centers, suppliers, and data governance/serialization teams
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve serialization quarantine and traceability exceptions
- Manage exception handling tied to DSCSA requirements, including documentation and resolution workflows
- Ensure quarantine events and data exceptions are documented, escalated appropriately, and closed efficiently
What You Need
- 1+ year experience with helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, and project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
