What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and resolve escalated Tier 3 tickets related to IAM services like SSO, eSig, CAR, and IdS
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and support outage/degradation response efforts
- Maintain help desk documentation on JIRA, GitHub, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
- Develop knowledge base content, process documentation, and weekly help desk reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and support end user and help desk training
- Manage IAM-related email lists and send maintenance notifications
- Support the VA Help Desk Lead with administrative and reporting tasks
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field (or 2–5 years of equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, GitHub, and ServiceNow
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Eligible for Suitability/Public Trust clearance
