What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve escalated Tier 3 tickets related to IAM services like SSO, eSig, CAR, and IdS
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and support outage/degradation response efforts
  • Maintain help desk documentation on JIRA, GitHub, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
  • Develop knowledge base content, process documentation, and weekly help desk reports
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and support end user and help desk training
  • Manage IAM-related email lists and send maintenance notifications
  • Support the VA Help Desk Lead with administrative and reporting tasks

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field (or 2–5 years of equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, GitHub, and ServiceNow
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Eligible for Suitability/Public Trust clearance
