What You’ll Do
- Audit key user journeys (discovery to comparison to signup to retention) and identify UX friction impacting trust and conversion
- Redesign priority flows to improve clarity, speed, engagement, and user decision-making
- Define and lead a scalable UI/UX vision aligned with business and growth goals
- Build and maintain a design system and component library for consistent UI across the platform
- Standardize UX patterns and improve design-to-dev collaboration workflows
- Implement user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to drive design decisions
- Partner with Product and Data to track UX and conversion metrics and translate insights into prioritized improvements
- Support experimentation and A/B testing across key flows
- Build and lead a UI/UX function by hiring, mentoring, and setting delivery ownership and timelines
- Act as the strategic design partner to leadership and elevate design standards across the company
- Integrate AI thoughtfully into research, prototyping, and experimentation workflows
What You Need
- 7+ years in UI/UX or product design, including senior or lead experience
- Portfolio showing end-to-end UX ownership and measurable business impact
- Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or data-heavy platforms
- Strong working knowledge of using AI in UX research, design, prototyping, and experimentation
- Ability to translate business goals and user needs into conversion-driven product experiences
- Experience building or scaling design systems and maintaining UI consistency
- Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven mindset and comfort using analytics and testing to guide decisions
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating designers and design workflows
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Comfortable with collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, and Jira
- High ownership, clear communication, and ability to thrive in remote, async teams
- Helpful: familiarity with the prop trading industry and Prop Firm Match’s mission
