- Full-time position supporting research, marketing, and communications teams

What You’ll Do
- Create executive-level presentations aligned with brand standards
- Develop still and motion graphics for digital and social campaigns
- Contribute to and maintain scalable design system assets
- Simplify complex information into visually engaging layouts
- Collaborate with marketers, researchers, and stakeholders for visual storytelling
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver polished work under tight deadlines
What You Need
- 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience (3–5 years preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing presentations, marketing assets, and layouts (required)
- Proficiency with PowerPoint/Keynote and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Figma experience (1+ year)
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, and information graphics
- Ability to produce high-quality work quickly in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with executive-level presentations
- Familiarity with motion graphics and micro-animations
- Experience with design systems
- Background in editorial or communications-focused design
- Interest in AI-driven design tools
