- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, research, and product teams
What You’ll Do
- Design executive presentations that visually communicate research and insights
- Create marketing assets (still and motion graphics) for campaigns across digital and social channels
- Contribute to and maintain design system assets for brand consistency
- Apply typography, layout, and information graphics to simplify complex ideas into engaging visuals
- Collaborate with marketers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into effective storytelling
- Manage deadlines and deliver polished design work in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
- 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience (3–5 ideal)
- Strong portfolio showcasing presentations, layouts, and marketing assets (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote (2+ years)
- Skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) — 2+ years
- At least 1 year of Figma experience
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and information graphics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing executive-level presentations for consultancies, agencies, or corporate communications
- Familiarity with motion graphics and micro-animations
- Experience with design systems
- Interest in AI-driven creative tools and editorial design projects
