Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US only)
- Expected 40+ hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Design, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for client lead generation
- Build and improve landing pages within GoHighLevel CRM to maximize conversions
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and blend conversion events
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and run A/B tests
- Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI) and report insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media with overall marketing strategies
- Stay current with platform updates and digital marketing best practices
What You Need
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with focus on Google Ads and landing pages
- Expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Proven track record driving ROI for local business lead generation campaigns
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High accountability, integrity, and passion for digital marketing
