What You’ll Do
- Launch 2–3 ad campaigns per day (10–15 per week), managing feedback and revisions
- Audit and optimize accounts for ROI and performance improvements
- Support campaign strategy discussions and account reviews
- Experiment with landing page layouts and ad structures to boost results
- Assist with CRO, on-page optimization, and service page creation
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows and delivery processes
What You Need
- 2+ years in digital ad campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Experience launching and optimizing ads with proven ROI
- Familiarity with landing page testing, CRO, and on-page SEO
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver with technical aptitude
