What You’ll Do

  • Develop clear, concise documentation including manuals, guides, and support instructions
  • Organize, edit, and maintain technical records and documentation systems
  • Work with clients to define specifications and translate them into accessible content
  • Support self-service and email-based customer support through well-structured guides
  • Contribute to building a world-class player support experience

What You Need

  • 1–2 years writing and publishing gaming-related or technical content
  • Experience creating consumer-facing instructions for technical processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information
  • Familiarity with training resources and internal knowledge base development (preferred)
  • Passion for gaming and interest in emerging tech trends
  • Desire to help shape the future of player support
