What You’ll Do
- Influence engineering strategy and product architecture
- Write technical specifications and lead grooming sessions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews
- Develop and deploy new features
- Participate in design reviews, retrospectives, and team ceremonies
- Help recruit and interview top engineering talent
What You Need
- 5+ years in full stack software development
- Strong communication and ability to clearly articulate technical decisions
- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL (or equivalent frameworks: Ruby, Node.js, React, Angular, Ember, Postgres, MSSQL)
- Experience with MVC architecture and enterprise engineering environments
- Desire to contribute directly through heavy code contribution
- Collaborative mindset and passion for product growth
