What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and UX architects to redesign internal workflows using custom AI tools
- Contribute end-to-end: brainstorming, architecture, development, testing, and deployment
- Ship AI systems as user-facing microservices and iterate on interaction patterns to drive adoption
- Integrate AI into enterprise workflows using full-stack tech aligned with approved architecture and CDKs for scalability and security
- Build tooling for AI quality assurance, auditability, observability, and cost control to support responsible AI operations
What You Need
- 2+ years building and deploying production-grade Python applications
- AWS experience, especially with:
- Bedrock
- SageMaker
- S3
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- Infrastructure as code (CDK)
- Front-end development skills with a strong grasp of UX principles
- Understanding of observability, auditability, and responsible AI practices
- Comfort working in ambiguity and delivering scalable solutions in fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
