• Cross functional collaboration with Compliance, Operations, and IT
• Expectations include rule ownership, documentation, and platform performance monitoring
What You’ll Do
• Develop and implement Fircosoft rules to detect suspicious transactions and potential violations
• Configure Fircosoft environments, including application components, database objects, and server settings
• Analyze flagged transactions to identify patterns, reduce false positives, and improve screening performance
• Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis to drive permanent fixes
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, and IT teams to optimize workflows and address gaps
• Maintain clear documentation for rules, processes, and changes for audit and continuity
• Monitor Fircosoft system performance and availability to support stable operations
What You Need
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing Fircosoft rules
• Working knowledge of sanctions regulations and screening expectations (OFAC, UK HMT, EU, UN)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful patterns
• Database familiarity with Oracle and MSSQL
• Experience working with structured data formats such as ISO 20022, RDF, and XML
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with comfort explaining rule logic to non engineers
