What You’ll Do
- Engage prospective students via phone, text, and email throughout the enrollment journey
- Build rapport and guide students from inquiry through their first class start
- Document all communication and updates accurately in Salesforce
- Provide individualized support around program options, scheduling, motivation, and financial considerations
- Maintain strong working knowledge of university policies, programs, and admissions requirements
- Collaborate with Enrollment Specialists and other partners to ensure a smooth student experience
- Manage multiple systems to process applications efficiently
- Uphold professionalism, courtesy, and a student first mindset at all times
- Complete training, assessments, and ongoing education to stay current on university offerings
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent education and experience)
- Experience in a team based environment using call center software
- Prior experience in education, student support, or consultative sales preferred
- Ability to navigate CRM platforms, SIS systems, and Microsoft Office tools
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, and commitment to student success
- Ability to build relationships, problem solve, and take initiative
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and compliance standards
