What You’ll Do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Implement best practices for code quality, scalability, and maintainability

- Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent
- Track and report KPIs to measure team performance
What You Need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies
