Customer-facing delivery work with internal/external presentations and knowledge transfer
What You’ll Do
- Deploy and support encryption manager solutions across VMware/Hypervisor and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Lead HSM and key management implementations (Luna, CipherTrust, ProtectDB, ProtectApp, etc.)
- Act as the technical point of contact for customer deployments and mentor other WaveStrong team members
- Guide network design and best practices (DHCP/static, VLANs, bonding) to support secure deployments
- Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for customers and internal teams
- Present professional services solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
What You Need
- Hands-on experience with HSMs and enterprise key management (Luna, CipherTrust, and similar tools)
- Strong virtualization background (VMware, Xen, KVM, and/or Docker) and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/VMware)
- Solid networking fundamentals, plus firewalls and routing tables (Cisco experience is a plus)
- Comfort with Active Directory, PowerShell, NTFS, and Group Policy administration
- Understanding of PKI, cloud and on-prem security principles, and identity/authentication solutions
- Experience with 2FA/OTP, RADIUS, SAML (IdP/SP), LDAP, and directory services (AD/Sun Directory, etc.)
