This role serves as the primary point of contact for data reporting and analytics needs while leading the team that keeps it all running.

- Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year plus bonus potential (up to 10%)
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of data warehouse projects from planning and design through implementation and support
- Supervise Data Warehouse Analysts and Database Administrators, balancing workloads and ensuring deadlines are met
- Establish and maintain auditing processes to ensure data accuracy and quality across data warehouses
- Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions
- Develop and maintain query-based dashboards, reports, KPIs, alerts, and advanced analytics
- Stay current on data warehousing and BI trends and introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate
- Provide on-call support for reporting and database issues as assigned
- Provide technical guidance and user training to help teams effectively use reporting tools
- Maintain standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation
- Ensure best practices for data management, storage, and retrieval are followed
- Support additional departmental priorities as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in a data-focused technology role with heavy exposure to SQL Server databases and Power BI (or similar tools)
- Previous supervisory or management experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and BI tools, including Power BI and SQL querying
- Experience building complex dashboards, reports, alerts, and analytics deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing team members
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Customer-service mindset with responsiveness to reporting and support requests
- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with BI and analytics trends
