What You’ll Do
⦁ Define and drive enterprise reference architectures for applied AI, built for simplicity, security, and scale
⦁ Create roadmaps, standards, best practices, and starter-code reference implementations that accelerate delivery
⦁ Lead buy vs. build evaluations based on market trends, cost, and business outcomes
⦁ Establish reusable AI patterns (RAG, agents, pipelines, governance) that reduce risk and increase speed to market
⦁ Partner with business and technology leaders to adopt AI responsibly across applications and systems
⦁ Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, availability, failover, scalability, security) are clearly defined and met
⦁ Mentor and coach architects, influence large initiatives, and continuously improve how AI is implemented enterprise-wide
What You Need
⦁ 15+ years relevant experience (including 10+ years in architecture) and 10+ years designing complex solutions
⦁ 10+ years helping teams implement “north star” architectures via mentoring, POCs, and starter code
⦁ Deep applied AI expertise: GenAI models, pipelines, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, vector stores, MCP, frameworks like LangChain, agents like LangGraph, and modern application architecture
⦁ Strong skills in requirements analysis, estimation, systems design, and testing
⦁ Proven ability to influence, negotiate, coach, and build coalitions across a complex enterprise tech landscape
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
