- Fully remote
- Must be willing and able to travel for training to branch locations in: UT, CO, KS, MO, NE, IA, WI, OH, MI, IL
- Pay: $19–$24/hour (plus additional earning opportunities)
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily schedules with technicians, service managers, and CSRs
- Dispatch service calls based on priority, urgency, and profitability to meet/exceed revenue goals
- Update customers on ETAs, reschedule, and move calls up when possible
- Partner with field supervisors to assign next-day first calls strategically
- Coordinate complex jobs and communication between technicians and vendors
- Relay clear, accurate job details to technicians so they show up prepared
- Handle customer requests, resolve issues, and protect the brand experience
- Provide backup support for incoming service calls as needed
- Participate in training to improve sales awareness and dispatch accuracy
What You Need
- 1+ year of professional dispatching experience (home trade services preferred)
- Ability to travel for training as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with a wide range of personalities
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to thrive in peak-season pressure
- Comfortable with tech: Outlook, Word, Excel, phone systems; efficient typing
- Preferred: HVAC, plumbing, or electrical environment experience
- Plus: ServiceTitan experience
