Full-time, remote (#LI-REMOTE). This is a leadership role partnering across engineering stakeholders to drive platform, security, reliability, and delivery improvements.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Lead the DevEx/SRE function, overseeing technical excellence, reliability, and scalability of internal platforms and services
⦁ Enable DevOps, SRE, and software teams to ship rapidly and safely through better tooling, processes, and standards
⦁ Champion secure-by-design and compliance-conscious practices in DevOps and deployment workflows
⦁ Align platform work to business priorities and guide planning accordingly
⦁ Mentor engineers across disciplines on platform architecture and best practices
⦁ Build a culture of innovation, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

What You Need

⦁ Proven experience leading engineering teams with a people-first, empowerment mindset
⦁ Strong DevOps culture builder, with a track record of scaling that culture across teams
⦁ Agile, iterative approach with the ability to coach teams toward better delivery habits
⦁ Data-driven decision-making and a habit of creating the metrics that matter
⦁ Excellent communication under pressure, able to simplify complex topics and give clear feedback
⦁ Broad technical foundation across SRE, automation, security, performance, and operations
⦁ Proficiency in Ruby, Python, or JavaScript for automation and third-party API integrations
⦁ Deep experience with cloud infrastructure and containers in production (AWS ECS, Kubernetes)
⦁ Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab CI, Travis CI, CircleCI, or similar)
⦁ Strong relational database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL) with performance tuning skills
