What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead the design, expansion, and ongoing management of the IT Service Portfolio to align services with business goals
⦁ Define and maintain a comprehensive catalog of IT services with clear value delivery and strategic alignment
⦁ Partner on forecasting and resource planning by incorporating IT financials into accurate projections
⦁ Train and support IT teams on financial acumen for both operational work and project investment planning
⦁ Project manage and coordinate annual operating plans across the IT organization
⦁ Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across all IT towers/domains
⦁ Develop, track, and report KPI metrics to drive accountability and service performance
⦁ Build process documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and enterprise standards
⦁ Lead adoption and training of the service portfolio across the enterprise
⦁ Identify service gaps, recommend corrective actions, and protect service quality
⦁ Promote fiscal responsibility and a customer-centric approach to IT service delivery
⦁ Track fulfillment performance and stakeholder satisfaction metrics

What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
⦁ 10–15+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT or business-focused roles
⦁ Proven experience in IT financial management and portfolio management
⦁ Strong understanding of IT Service Portfolio Management methods and concepts
⦁ Strong grasp of IT capitalization principles
⦁ Demonstrated ability to drive and implement process improvements
⦁ Experience with process mapping tools (ex: Visio)
⦁ Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and presentation skills
⦁ Ability to gather, structure, and analyze data across multiple sources
⦁ Ability to lead both strategically and tactically with an ownership mindset
⦁ Strong initiative and resilience in complex, deadline-heavy environments
