What You’ll Do
- Manage and mentor a DevOps team of 5–8 engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Oversee infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security across development, staging, and production environments
- Modernize deployment practices while balancing legacy and cloud-native systems
- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and deployment workflows
- Define and enforce standards around configuration management, incident response, and SLOs
- Coordinate on-call rotations and lead incident response and postmortems
- Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals
- Manage cloud costs, capacity planning, and resource allocation
What You Need
- 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
- 3+ years managing DevOps or infrastructure teams
- Expertise with cloud architecture (AWS preferred), IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), and Kubernetes
- Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Track record of building scalable, reliable, and repeatable infrastructure practices
- Strong cross-functional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with project management, prioritization, and resource allocation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hybrid environments and platform modernization projects
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certifications
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization practices
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: $131,400 – $164,250
