What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Principal Product Engineer and CTO to shape architecture for scalable, secure, cost-effective infrastructure
- Design and maintain strong CI/CD pipelines to speed reliable releases
- Build infrastructure-as-code and automation for repeatable provisioning and ops consistency
- Help define containerization and orchestration strategies for scalable deployments
- Integrate security best practices into pipelines and infrastructure, supporting healthcare compliance needs
- Collaborate with product engineering and data teams to support ETL, secure data connectivity, and platform reliability
- Serve as the go-to expert for Azure + DevOps practices, offering guidance and training across the team
- Evaluate current architecture and recommend improvements, including when to use IaaS vs PaaS
What You Need
- Mid-to-senior DevOps experience in a product-focused environment
- Strong Azure expertise (services, patterns, best practices)
- Proven CI/CD pipeline design and infrastructure automation experience
- Container orchestration + infrastructure-as-code methodologies experience
- Coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible
- Database familiarity: PostgreSQL and Azure SQL/MSSQL
- Supabase familiarity is a plus
- Healthcare or other regulated industry experience is a strong plus
- Strong remote collaboration and communication skills
