What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain operational best practices for automation, version control, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS CodeBuild, and related tools
- Support and enhance the configuration management environment, ensuring uptime and smooth deployments
- Build and deploy tools to optimize the Enterprise platform for scalability, resiliency, and availability
- Develop zero-downtime deployment strategies to minimize service interruptions
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements in build and release workflows
- Automate recurring tasks and troubleshoot root causes to reduce future issues
- Ensure all systems meet security, compliance, and auditing standards (IAM, AD, monitoring tools)
- Implement continuous testing practices within DevOps pipelines
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS or GCP cloud environments
- 5+ years of experience with Git and version control systems
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows
- Advanced scripting in Python, Perl, Java, or Node.js
- Proficiency with Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS CodeBuild, or similar CI/CD tools
- Skilled in Terraform, CloudFormation, or other Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
- Proven experience managing and delivering solutions on AWS (Azure or GCP a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex production issues
- AWS/GCP Cloud DevOps or Architect certification highly preferred
