What You’ll Do
- Analyze specifications and requirements to understand scope and impact of changes
- Design, develop, and deliver robust code aligned with technical and business needs
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable functionality
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical meetings
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented and SOLID principles
- Experience with data structures, databases, XML/JSON
- Clear communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
- Insurance industry knowledge a plus
