What You’ll Do
- Identify AI product opportunities by becoming an expert in Pomelo’s business model and patient experience
- Run exploratory analyses to shape AI features (conversation topic categorization, patient journey segmentation)
- Help build AI-powered features (content generation, clinical decision support, automated workflows)
- Define and implement metrics and measurement frameworks for AI-generated content and workflows
- Measure AI product performance, run A/B tests, and quantify impact on clinical and business outcomes
What You Need
- 6+ years of data science experience focused on product development
- 3+ years experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
- Expert SQL and Python proficiency
- Proven experience prototyping AI products using LLMs and model evaluation approaches
- Strong ability to scope and execute solutions for complex, ambiguous problems
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for improving maternal health outcomes through AI
