What You’ll Do
- Partner with BI teams, analysts, and stakeholders to manage Carenet’s enterprise data warehouse
- Ingest, integrate, and optimize data pipelines from cloud and on-premises systems
- Design scalable data architectures, marts, and models for analytics and reporting
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline operations, ensuring reliability and accuracy
- Automate processes to improve data quality, consistency, and security
- Provide technical leadership in pipeline design, optimization, and implementation
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Advanced SQL expertise with strong optimization skills
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, ADF, ADLS, Azure SQL; Synapse/Event Hub a plus
- Knowledge of Medallion / Lakehouse architecture (bronze, silver, gold)
- Strong relational data modeling and data warehousing experience
- Big data and distributed processing expertise (Spark, Databricks, Delta Lake; Snowflake or Fabric a plus)
- Proficiency in Python (PySpark preferred); C#, R, or JavaScript a plus
- Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and data security best practices
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
