What You’ll Do

  • Partner with BI teams, analysts, and stakeholders to manage Carenet’s enterprise data warehouse
  • Ingest, integrate, and optimize data pipelines from cloud and on-premises systems
  • Design scalable data architectures, marts, and models for analytics and reporting
  • Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline operations, ensuring reliability and accuracy
  • Automate processes to improve data quality, consistency, and security
  • Provide technical leadership in pipeline design, optimization, and implementation

What You Need

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Advanced SQL expertise with strong optimization skills
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, ADF, ADLS, Azure SQL; Synapse/Event Hub a plus
  • Knowledge of Medallion / Lakehouse architecture (bronze, silver, gold)
  • Strong relational data modeling and data warehousing experience
  • Big data and distributed processing expertise (Spark, Databricks, Delta Lake; Snowflake or Fabric a plus)
  • Proficiency in Python (PySpark preferred); C#, R, or JavaScript a plus
  • Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and data security best practices
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
