What You’ll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, BI developers, and product teams to design and implement data analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines, data warehouses, dashboards, and BI tools.
- Migrate legacy systems into modern cloud-based data platforms (AWS RedShift, Glue, Databricks, Sigma).
- Automate manual processes and build self-service capabilities for business teams.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and enhance production systems with a focus on performance and security.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to data best practices, standards, and innovation.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of data engineering experience, including 4+ in data warehousing and ETL pipeline design.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python scripting, data modeling, and analysis.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, and AWS data services (RedShift, Glue).
- Exposure to Databricks, Sigma Computing, Qlik Replicate, or AI/LLM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare data, PHI, HIPAA standards, or clinical services is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a security-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

- GenAI, LLM, or agentic AI implementation experience.
- React/UI development exposure.
- Healthcare industry background and comfort working with PHI.
- Hands-on chatbot automation experience.
