Responsibilities
- Design engaging motion graphics for leading global brands across various formats
- Collaborate with account teams to execute projects on time and on budget
- Create motion work including animated digital ads, Lottie animations, and interactive content
- Own and develop technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie integrations
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools for animation, video, and image enhancement
- Deliver pixel-perfect quality with high attention to detail
- Support creative leads in achieving customer goals through innovative design solutions
Requirements
- BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise
- Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing a plus)
- Experience with Rive and Lottie animations
- Strong understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling
- Knowledge of UI design systems and preferably HTML5 basics
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion design tools and emerging creative technologies
