This role is for someone who knows healthcare payer core admin systems and can translate benefit and pricing requirements into clean, tested platform configuration. If you’ve configured Facets, QNXT, or HealthRules Payer and you understand how Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial rules differ in the real world, this is a strong target.

What You’ll Do
• Configure healthcare payer core administrative platforms (core admin/claims systems)
• Set up benefits, system parameters, and pricing requirements across lines of business (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Individual-Exchange)
• Gather and document configuration requirements with clients and internal stakeholders
• Design configuration solutions, incorporate feedback, and secure approvals before implementation
• Execute approved configuration builds accurately against client specs
• Partner with testing/QA teams to validate configurations, review results, and adjust as needed
What You Need
• 2+ years of configuration experience in at least one of these: HealthRules Payer, Facets, or QNXT (U.S. health insurance)
• Experience configuring across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Individual-Exchange lines of business
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and internal teams
Nice to Have
• HealthEdge HealthRules Payer (HRP) configuration (preferred)
• HealthEdge Source (Burgess) or HealthEdge GuidingCare experience (plus)
