What You’ll Do
- Partner with copywriters and strategists to develop concept-driven campaigns across social, web, video, and more.
- Lead art direction from ideation through execution, ensuring powerful storytelling and design excellence.
- Create or guide the production of digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and brand systems.
- Pitch and present creative decks that clearly communicate concepts and strategy to clients.
- Work across time zones with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and global teams to deliver top-quality work—on time and on budget.
- Champion fresh, bold ideas that push creative boundaries and evolve Superside’s capabilities.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and delivering impactful results.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years in concept-led creative roles within agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
- Strong portfolio showing big-idea thinking and art direction across digital platforms.
- Mastery of design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent English communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills; proven ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and performance creative principles.
- A collaborative mindset and curiosity to explore new tools, trends, and creative methods.
