What You’ll Do
⦁ Engineer and provision server solutions for project and operational needs (cloud and on-prem)
⦁ Install/rebuild servers and configure hardware, services, storage, directories, and settings to standards
⦁ Support infrastructure applications (EMR, cloud, asset management) through installs and upgrades
⦁ Maintain installation/config procedures and contribute to system standards
⦁ Monitor systems daily: availability, logs, backups, key processes, and scheduled jobs
⦁ Perform security monitoring and remediate vulnerabilities across cloud and on-prem environments
⦁ Manage backups using Azure Backup and validate successful completion
⦁ Handle user account lifecycle tasks (create/change/delete)
⦁ Provide Tier III support: troubleshoot issues and coordinate recovery from failures
⦁ Patch and upgrade systems using Azure Patch Management and support capacity planning/performance tuning
What You Need
⦁ 3+ years Windows Server administration experience
⦁ 3+ years DNS and Active Directory management experience
⦁ 2+ years Microsoft Azure cloud experience (VMs, storage accounts, resource deployment)
⦁ 2+ years Microsoft Entra ID experience
⦁ 2+ years certificate management experience
⦁ Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
⦁ Ability to document server topology (physical/logical) and research emerging tech for better automation and scale
