Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and OCI
- Enhance IAM, encryption, and network security best practices
- Configure and maintain WAFs and monitor security logs
- Conduct vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and regular security assessments
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and compliance guidelines
- Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel)
- Integrate security into DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible)
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to embed security into software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Align security practices with HIPAA, SOC2, and SOX standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in cloud security with AWS, Azure, and OCI
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible)
- Hands-on experience with WAFs, endpoint security, encryption, and data loss prevention tools
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and network switching
- Familiarity with CloudFlare and Crowdstrike ecosystems
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC2, and SOX compliance frameworks
- Preferred certifications: CCSP, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, GIAC Cloud Security Essentials
