What You’ll Do
• Support and maintain internet and data center networks in a cloud environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents across all layers, including complex outages
• Drive root cause analysis, document findings, and implement fixes to prevent repeat issues
• Partner with globally distributed teams to coordinate changes, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Use network monitoring tools to identify issues early and improve overall visibility
What You Need
• 3+ years of experience working on internet and data center networks
• Strong hands on knowledge of core networking technologies (BGP, OSPF, IS IS, HSRP or VRRP, IPSEC, SNMP)
• Experience supporting Kubernetes, containers, and server networking environments
• Familiarity with CentOS or Red Hat operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and proven ownership of issues
