- Full-time role
- Shifts available:
- Monday–Friday, 12 pm to 8 pm
- Sunday–Thursday, 12 pm to 8 pm
- Remote work, U.S. based
- Not available in: AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington DC
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients at admission, build rapport, and serve as the first clinical contact
- Present program information clearly and supportively to encourage successful enrollment
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments across diverse age groups and clinical presentations
- Determine appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient (IOP) level of care
- Construct provisional diagnoses using DSM-5 criteria
- Document client information accurately in the electronic medical record
- Assign treatment teams, schedule groups, and coordinate with clinical staff regarding new admissions
- Collaborate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams
- Communicate with referral sources such as hospitals, treatment programs, psychiatrists, and therapists
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health, social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Reliable technology setup for uninterrupted, confidential telehealth services
- Ability to work efficiently while managing a steady flow of new admissions
- Work authorization in the United States
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected base salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience and location
- Total compensation may include bonuses, incentive programs, and benefits
