ClearCompany is expanding its Customer Support team! We’re seeking a curious, self-motivated Client Support Specialist (Tier 1) to provide technical support and deliver an unparalleled client experience. This is a full-time remote opportunity with competitive pay and growth potential.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (US)
  • Standard business hours

What You’ll Do

  • Go through product training and hands-on practice in your first 30 days
  • Learn how clients use the platform and practice solving real tickets
  • Progress to handling chats, calls, and troubleshooting more complex issues
  • Act as a consultant for clients, providing expert support and solutions
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
  • Document bugs and bring client feedback to the team
  • Help build out the client-facing help center
  • Collaborate with Tier 2, Product, and Customer Success teams

What You Need

  • 1+ years of client service experience (call center, IT support, SaaS, or service industry)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with technology; tools include Zendesk, GSuite, Slack, Zoom (training provided)
  • Self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills
  • Transferable skills considered
