What You’ll Do
- Partner with Art Directors to establish visual targets and set the standard for quality
- Develop art guides and provide feedback to concept artists during production
- Design characters, environments, props, and gameplay moments that communicate mood and function
- Research and present visual references to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with 3D artists to refine style during pre-production
- Share ideas across the art team and problem-solve alongside other disciplines
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience as a concept artist in games
- Ability to work across a wide range of art styles
- Strong skills in both rough sketches and polished 2D artwork
- Understanding of 3D art pipelines and anatomy (human and animal)
- Proficiency in Maya and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong grasp of lighting, materials, composition, and posing
- Art degree or equivalent professional experience
- Bonus: Unity experience, 3D sketching, scripting (MEL/Python), Substance Designer

- 10+ years in 3D game development, with at least 3 shipped titles (including one mobile game)
