What You’ll Do
- Go through product training and hands-on practice in your first 30 days
- Learn how clients use the platform and practice solving real tickets
- Progress to handling chats, calls, and troubleshooting more complex issues
- Act as a consultant for clients, providing expert support and solutions
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Document bugs and bring client feedback to the team
- Help build out the client-facing help center
- Collaborate with Tier 2, Product, and Customer Success teams
What You Need
- 1+ years of client service experience (call center, IT support, SaaS, or service industry)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technology; tools include Zendesk, GSuite, Slack, Zoom (training provided)
- Self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills
