Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate, deploy, and support enterprise COTS/SaaS applications
- Provide technical oversight of all enterprise applications, ensuring effective support and utilization
- Manage Jira tasks and projects, tracking milestones and reporting results
- Resolve support tickets related to troubleshooting, performance, and feature requests
- Maintain detailed documentation of integrations and enterprise workflows
- Develop SOPs and knowledgebase articles to improve efficiency and user adoption
- Act as primary vendor liaison, managing licensing, compliance, and user advocacy
- Monitor application performance, implement optimizations, and support continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years managing enterprise COTS/SaaS tools
- 2+ years vendor management experience, including SLA compliance
- 2+ years with SaaS integration using iPaaS tools (Celigo, Workato, Boomi, etc.)
- Strong documentation skills and ability to create knowledge base resources
- Familiarity with HIPAA and/or HITRUST environments
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and Jira project tracking
- Preferred: configuring productivity tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and enhancing AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot)

What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and scoping IT Tier 1 & 2 projects, including objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Track daily project activities, tasks, schedules, and documentation
- Facilitate stand-ups, stakeholder updates, and action items
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed
- Support requirements gathering, change requests, and impact assessments
- Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and project KPIs
- Coordinate with IT engineering teams to align technical implementation with product vision and compliance standards
- Help manage vendor coordination, SOWs, and procurement
- Support test planning, UAT coordination, and release readiness
- Run CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and coordinate reviews/approvals
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT project management processes
What You Need
- 1–3 years of IT service management or IT project coordination experience (SaaS environment preferred)
- Familiarity with HIPAA, CLIA, and SOX compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with metrics and reporting
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred, not required
