What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software/hardware issues (heavy Android application support).
  • Walk customers through step-by-step fixes via phone, email, or chat until resolved.
  • Research solutions using internal tools; update knowledge base articles in Salesforce.
  • Document cases thoroughly, track to resolution within agreed SLAs, and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
  • Analyze malfunctions, test scenarios, and share workarounds and feature requests with the team.
  • Maintain courteous, professional relationships and capture actionable customer feedback.

What You Need

  • Experience in Technical Support / Desktop Support / IT Help Desk or similar.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills; ability to give clear, step-by-step guidance (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and help desk software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and pressure management; flexible with shift hours.
