Responsibilities
- Attend and engage in Pre-Program TA Onboarding sessions
- Monitor Slack channels and promptly respond to learner questions
- Check in with learners after live sessions to reinforce understanding
- Facilitate breakout rooms and support instructors during live sessions
- Hold up to six (6) office hours via Zoom for one-on-one learner support
- Grade learner submissions within seven (7) days
- Review course materials (labs, projects, cases) to prepare for upcoming sessions
- Foster discussions by posting questions, resources, and insights in Slack
- Provide weekly write-ups on learner progress, challenges, and insights
- Attend weekly staff meetings and actively collaborate with Correlation One staff and other TAs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, Networking, or DevOps
- Certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Linux+
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping diverse learners succeed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with Slack, Zoom, and content management systems
- Ability to balance asynchronous learner support with live participation
