Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate documentation efforts across multiple projects
  • Create and maintain user guides, release notes, tutorials, help systems, and instructional videos
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Development, QA, and Support to ensure accuracy and user focus
  • Apply single-sourcing strategies to deliver content across multiple formats and audiences
  • Drive documentation standards, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor other writers and contribute to best practices across the documentation team
  • Monitor internal communication channels to identify documentation needs and propose solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and product launches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Education, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience writing documentation for SaaS or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency
  • Proficiency with Paligo (preferred) or similar CCMS / HTML-based authoring tools
  • Experience with AI-assisted writing and editing tools
  • Skilled in single-sourcing and structured authoring practices
  • Knowledge of instructional design, HTML/CSS, or video creation is a plus
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced Agile environment
