What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical execution of WordPress projects from discovery through deployment
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable WordPress solutions

What You Need
- 8+ years of professional WordPress experience

- Skilled in PHP, JavaScript, React (Next.js a plus), HTML/CSS, and MySQL
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Docker, CLI, and multi-environment workflows
- Strong understanding of modern web standards, performance, and accessibility
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while keeping projects on track
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
