If you’re the kind of builder who ships production AI systems, sweats cost and reliability, and still writes most of the code yourself, this role is built for you. You’ll lead the AI platform squad that powers every AI feature across Bizee’s product teams.
About Bizee
Bizee (formerly Incfile) has helped over 1 million entrepreneurs start and run their businesses. They’re evolving from a transaction-first formation company into an AI-powered operating system for entrepreneurs, focused on real outcomes, real scale, and production-grade craft.
Schedule
Full-time, remote.
What You’ll Do
- Build and operate shared AI infrastructure used by product squads across the company
- Ship a production AI gateway with model routing, rate limiting, cost controls, and observability
- Create a shared LLM integration framework (prompt management, versioning, guardrails, evaluation)
- Design scalable model serving infrastructure for real-time and batch inference
- Implement automated evaluation pipelines for LLM outputs and AI system reliability
- Improve AI developer experience through clean APIs, documentation, and reusable patterns
- Collaborate with Platform, Data & Analytics, and product technical leads to define integration standards
- Review PRs, mentor engineers, and set engineering practices for the AI platform squad
- Help hire and grow the team to 3–4 engineers and establish on-call and operating rhythms
What You Need
- Proven experience building and operating production AI/ML infrastructure (model serving, inference pipelines, LLM gateways, or similar)
- Hands-on LLM application development experience (prompting, RAG, guardrails, production tradeoffs)
- Daily use of AI coding tools (they specifically call out Claude Code)
- Strong platform mindset: designing systems other engineers consume, with strong documentation and developer experience
- Experience implementing cost controls and scale strategies for AI inference (routing, caching, optimizations)
- Experience leading or tech-leading a small engineering team (2–5 engineers) while remaining highly hands-on
- Business outcome orientation (conversion, retention, efficiency), not just model metrics
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, remote, high-ownership environment
Benefits
- Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
- Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
- Virtual wellness resources
- Work from home
This is not a “manager who delegates” role. They want a hands-on technical lead who proves it every sprint.
Take your shot while it’s fresh.
Happy Hunting,

If you’re deep in Imperva DSF, DAM, or WAF and you know how to protect sensitive data across platforms, this role is a straight shot. The one catch: “remote” still comes with up to 50% travel.
About WaveStrong

Schedule
Full-time, remote. Travel up to 50%.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and monitor Imperva Data Security Fabric (DSF) to protect sensitive data
- Manage data security controls across environments and platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities and support remediation
- Support database security best practices and security incident response efforts
What You Need
- Experience with Imperva Data Security Fabric (DSF), WAF and/or DAM
- Working knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Proficiency in database security practices and incident response
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Benefits
Not listed in the job post.
This is a fit if you want consulting-style work and don’t mind travel. If you’re trying to be fully home-base remote, that travel requirement is the red flag.

This is a senior embedded/firmware consulting role. It’s “staff” level for real: you’re not just writing firmware, you’re setting direction, leading projects, mentoring engineers, and talking to clients like a grown-up. Also important: it’s an evergreen posting, so they’re building a bench for upcoming projects.
About Dojo Five
Dojo Five is a remote-first embedded products + consulting shop focused on “modern firmware” practices: better tools, better culture, better systems, and better outcomes for embedded teams.
Schedule
- Contract
- Remote (U.S. only)
- Evergreen posting (pipeline role, not guaranteed immediate start)
What You’ll Do
- Set strategic direction for firmware modernization initiatives (best practices, tooling, process)
- Develop, review, test firmware and embedded electronics solutions
- Design build systems, repos, documentation policies
- Lead projects: work breakdown, architecture discussions, delivery guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define goals and requirements (often with non-embedded stakeholders)
- Mentor and coach engineers; lead technical training
- Participate in recruiting (interviews, technical reviews)
- Join sales discussions as technical representation and help with branding/outreach
- Manage your time independently and report it accurately
What You Need
- 10+ years embedded systems development (15 desired)
- 2+ years leading other developers (5 desired)
- Strong in: C/C++, Python
- Comfortable with: bare-metal, FreeRTOS
- Protocols/Drivers: UART/USART, I2C, SPI, BLE
- ARM cores experience (various)
- Tooling: Git, Docker/devcontainers, IDEs (VSCode/Eclipse/STM32CubeIDE), benchtop tools
- Testing: pytest + unit test frameworks (Unity/CMock/Ceedling, Google Test/gMock, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Rust, ARM/x86/PIC assembly
- Zephyr, Embedded Linux + Yocto bring-up, VxWorks, ThreadX, secure bootloaders
- CAN/CAN-FD, USB, Ethernet, WiFi, Cellular/LTE, protobuf, MQTT
- CI/CD pipeline setup, CMake, binutils, serial consoles (minicom/screen)
- Chip families: Nordic, NXP, SiLabs
Benefits
- Not clearly defined here (contract role). Main “benefit” pitch is culture: remote-first, “life-work balance,” learning, and very low turnover.
Backbone note (because you asked for truth): this role is heavy on leadership + client-facing accountability. If someone’s only “senior” on paper but hasn’t owned architecture decisions, coached other devs, and defended tradeoffs to customers, they’ll drown.
